“I was wondering how you find tenants in the rent to rent scheme?”

“There is one question that I’m struggling to find information on whether it’s online or your podcasts but essentially how you find tenants. Could you please advise that this is covered and is a sure fire way of filling the properties?"
This question reflects a fear that a lot of people have when starting out in rent to rent.
So you rent the property,
