    The Kickstarter Mentorship covers rent to rent HMO only.

    HMO and serviced accommodation are very different business models. Serviced accommodation is a hospitality business where you rent properties out by the night via websites such as airbnb.com and booking.com. It is more time-intensive to offer the kind of 24 hour on-call service service required for an Airbnb-type hotel business, even with just a few properties.

    We prefer HMO because it requires lower investment of time and money, it’s less risky and it’s easily doable while working full-time.

    If you want to do both rent to HMO and serviced accommodation, we recommend you choose one strategy to focus on first and begin the next one when you have the first one cashflowing.

  • Rent to rent is a great way to make money to invest in buying properties. We started off in rent to rent and then started buying and developing properties. We now own a multi-million pound portfolio of HMOs, blocks of flats and commercial property. We’ll show you how.

    As well as helping you buy property in the conventional way with a deposit and mortgage, rent to rent also helps you buy property with little money.
