Should I send my rent to rent HMO letters to the HMO address or the landlord address?

This weeks Ask The Angels question is from Mike and he wants to know more about where and how to address his HMO letters.

Here’s Mike's question...

"One question about the HMO List - I found one list for my area but the HMO addresses and the Landlord addresses are all the same. If I was to send letters to all these 'Landlord' addresses, what if they were all addresses of the HMO properties that was being let out? Therefore, the landlords would not receive my letters as they don't live there. Should I still send the letters?"

Mike is asking about the letters you can write to HMO landlords to see if they’d like you to manage their properties - we have a great episode explaining all about the letter in this episode: https://rent2rentsuccess.com/ata13

The HMO Landlord list is available from the Council for each area.
Each local authority is legally bound to publish the list - so don't take no for an answer.

But who should you address them to... listen to the full episode to find out.
