Should I start a WhatsApp group for my HMO housemates?

We have had a question from Ranjit about how to manage housemate communications.

Here’s Ranjit’s question...

“I manage three HMOs and I’m wondering should I set up a WhatsApp group for each one?
I’m often writing individually to housemates about the same issue and I read somewhere that having a WhatsApp group for each HMO is recommended.
What are your thoughts?”

This is such a good question.
And yes, a lot of people are recommending WhatsApp for housemate communications.
