“I don’t feel confident negotiating with landlords and agents.
What advice can you give me that’ll help me get better deals? I feel like I give everything away and end up in a position where the deal will lose money if I accept it "

Great question. 
You want to feel good when you get a deal. 
It needs to be a win-win and negotiation skills will help you get there.
