💥 Dolapo has built up an 8 figure property portfolio with her husband since quitting her city job 8 years ago.
💥Alongside family life with her children she's flipped properties, done developments and built up a 6 figure Rent to Rent SA portfolio on the side.
💥She specialises in buying in auctions and has been featured in Homes under the hammer, one of her first ever properties purchased in auction was bought without seeing it and her most flamboyant purchase was a gorgeous Church which had lapsed planning for 7-10 flats.
💥 Her main strategy is buying distressed properties and then combining with the BRRR method to extract the value by reconfiguring the property & then renting out.
💥She's Host of the hugely popular Property Mom podcast which demystifies property and how to do it while juggling property with family life, motherhood and raising 2 wonderful young kids.
💥 Her big goal now is to build a musical orphanage back home to develop musical gifts and talents in children.
