Do I need to spend over £10,000 to start rent to rent HMO?

So, do you really need to invest over £10,000 to learn and get started in rent to rent? Nothing is wrong with investing in a course if you feel it is right and will meet your needs, but there are many people that are put under pressure to sign up to courses which end up costing lots of money with no benefit at the end of it.

There are a great deal of low cost courses or more supportive ways out there to help you get started in rent to rent - which I will share with you.
