So, do you remember a few weeks ago that Jordan wrote to me and he said that he was stuck with starting off rent to rent.
He was feeling really stuck.
Well, I had another email from Jordan this week.

And he says he's got, these are his words, leads coming out of his eyeballs.

So, I was interested to find out what the difference was and that's what I want to talk to you about tonight.

If you're kind of sceptical about when people are talking about all this mindset stuff and you don't really believe it makes a difference, I think you'll find this interesting.

Jordan originally messaged me on the 14 October and said he was stuck and this is what he said…

I know I can certainly relate to starting off and feeling that way and maybe you can relate to that as well.

It's hard to get started sometimes.

The advice I gave Jordan in this Ask the Angels 1 video has given him massive results.

What a turnaround!
So I asked Jordan what he’s doing differently following my advice.

Here’s what he told me.

I love that his problem now is keeping track of all those leads!

The difference is that now with lots more leads, it's only a matter of time to find him the right property.

Contracts

Important Note
I am not a solicitor, this is not legal advice, I am simply talking here from my own experience.

We’ve been asked for our rent to rent contracts before and haven’t made them available.

What we’ve seen though is that having the right contracts and working with a solicitor is a real barrier for people in both expertise, expense and time.

I explained in this post about rent to rent contracts that YOU need expertise to be able to instruct lawyers to get your rent to rent contract right because most lawyers don’t have this knowledge (even though they might tell you they do!).

We’ve now made our rent to rent contracts available to buy as we saw so many people using expensive solicitors who didn’t have the expertise to deliver what is needed for a rent to rent business.

And we haven’t just included the contracts, we’ve also included

• GUIDE - A guide as to when to use each type of contract

• UNDERSTANDING - An explainer document explaining each clause and translating from Legalese to English!

• SAMPLE - Sample completed contracts showing how to complete the contracts

Not every deal is going to do the same, and so it explains all that really clearly.

This will be a big help because other people have explained to me that they have bought contracts where they just get the contract and they don't really understand how to do it. Or they bought the contract and it was a .pdf so they couldn’t edit it.

They’ve got everything there for you that you need.
They were drawn up by lawyers, we've developed them over time and spent thousands of pounds getting them right.
