Could I pay a letting agency to manage my rent to rent HMO property and tenants?
We have had a question from Thomas about using a letting agency to manage your rent to rent property.
Here’s Thomas’ question...
“Is it realistic to run a rent to rent HMO using someone else to manage it? Like paying an agency to manage the property and tenants?”
This is a great question, wouldn’t it be great if you could do rent to rent and make money from other people’s property without needing to manage it yourself?
