189 – Starting with a rent to rent HMO for cashflow, founder of a Cornwall property company now owns and manages a 300+bed portfolio!

Louisa helps value-led investors to maximise their profits in their current portfolio and to build new streams of income. 

A large part of her portfolio is used for emergency accommodation for families at risk of homelessness with high quality homes.

For the last 25 years, Louisa has also been a Fundraising Consultant - which means she is an expert in attracting  funding and investments. She is on a mission to drive more money into good causes and helps not-for-profits become more effective fundraisers. 

Louisa is a cancer survivor and very passionate about business continuity planning and balancing work with wellbeing and living life to the max - which she documents on her popular blog.
