What does the Renters Reform Bill mean for rent to rent HMO

 
 
 

181 - We've been waiting for it for a while and finally the Government have published the Renters Reform Bill! But remember, this is just the draft legislation, so what is proposed may not  be introduced exactly how it is outlined in the draft.

Whatever the decision and whatever comes into force, people are forecasting that this legislation will come into law around early 2024.
 
There are 6 main areas covered in the draft which I am going to talk through, as well as what the impact is for rent to rent HMOs.
 
Could this be the end of buy to let?

I personally feel there is not a huge change from how we operate now...
